“ Monika at Smithdown road Pizza Hut is a credit to your company. That lady needs a raise!! Initially I called up after an online order and she happily arranged my request to add jalapenos to my pizza and have delivery rather than collection (which I selected in error). When the pizza arrived one of the pizzas was half and half margarita/pepperoni. I called her back and said I’d ordered Hawaiian not margarita. She politely asked me to check my order, which I did, and in fact she was right. I ordered the wrong pizza. I went back to the phone and admitted it was my fault, yet she insisted they send out another pizza with the order I originally wanted. Even though I messed up!! She was just happy to be spoken to with dignity and respect, which was humbling for me. I was shocked at how great she was and literally would make me choose and recommend this Pizza Hut all the time now. Thank you Monika! ”
